About the Company
Kerman Momtazan Industrial Company (MIC) was established in 1987 with the aim of designing and manufacturing automatic, mechanized and hygienic pistachio processing machinery by its founder Mr. Mohammad Nakhai Nejad. At present, Momtazan Industrial Company is one of the largest manufacturers of pistachio processing lines and one of the first pioneers in manufacturing fully automatic processing lines of pistachio product in Iran. Nine of the company’s products have patents in Iran and the United States under the name of Mr. Mohammad Nakhaei Nejad and the company exports these certified products to many countries, such as Australia, Spain, Greece, Turkey, Syria, Russia, etc. Momtazan Industrial Company is currently operating with 200 specialists in 11,000 square meters of indoor workshop space and 60,000 square meters of outdoor workshop area.
The Founder
Mohammad Nakhaei Nejad started his career at Kerman Cement Factory in 1971. A year later he was sent to Germany and after passing several training courses, he returned to Kerman. He played a crucial role in the construction and establishment of new factory units in 1977. After launching the last development unit, he went to the United States to continue his studies.
During the course of his studies, Nakhaei Nejad did get attracted to Micro-processors technology. As a result, he was appointed as an assistant professor at the university. He successfully graduated with an MS degree in Electronic Engineering from Sacramento University, California. He served as the Head of Kerman Cement Factory during the last four years of his employment. He founded Momtazan Industrial Company in 1987, for manufacturing pistachio processing machinery in Kerman, where he succeeded in inventing exclusive pistachio processing machinery, patented in Iran and the US.
